Celebrating October Birthdays

 

October is a busy month for this group.  We had four birthdays to celebrate so we decided to celebrate them all together.  Emily and Jason took on the task of making some boudin to help get the party started.  It was a little bit of a chore, but they did it!  It was SUPER yummy!

 

 

They started the process of making Boudin.  

 

It took a few tries.

Jennifer and Kristen both have October birthdays. 

We love any good reason to have a party at Emily's house.

It is ready to be cooked now.

 

While the boudin cooked we all sang Happy Birthday to our little ones. 

Aaron and Denman were both a little shy during the singing.

 



 

Natalie liked the icing the best.

 

The kids all played so well together that night.  They stopped briefly for some cake and then we didn't see them again until it was time to go.

Maci is always so sweet to Denman.  She sat by him while we sang Happy Birthday.

 

Denman tried to put the whole cupcake in his mouth. 

He got embarrassed when everyone giggled at him.

 

He then ate all the icing and then headed off to play again.

 

We got the birthday girls chocolate and a picture from our very first party.

 

Patrick and Jennifer take such GREAT pictures.  They are the sweetest couple.

 

Emily and Mike are the most caring couple.  They take us all in on the weekends.  They feed us, entertain us, and then check up on all of us as the week goes on.  Love you guys!

 

Jason and Kristen are so much fun! They are so adventurous.  I love hearing about their trips and exciting weekends.  We are taking lots of notes so we can have some of the same adventures.

 

I LOVE having Rusty at home EVERY weekend.  We get to do so many fun things together!
